Please advise your clients that this is a family pension (a small family run establishment) : accommodation is correct and service is friendly but limited. However, this establishment may not meet international hotel standards. We will not held responsible if this establishment does not satisfy your clientele.

FULL PRE-PAYMENT is requested upon confirmation in order to secure the reservation.
For any cancellation or date modification received:
- after confirmation : 50% of the "2-night stay" rates will be retained
- between 30 to 22 days prior to arrival : 25% of the total amount will be retained
- between 21 to 15 days prior to arrival : 30% of the total amount will be retained
- between 14 to 8 days prior to arrival : 50% of the total amount will be retained
- 7 days or less prior to arrival : full stay charged
- NO SHOW : full stay charged

Please note that the pension is located on a remote islet, at a 01hour30mn boat ride from the main village and airport.
Consequently :
- late afternoon transfers cannot be operated. Transfers can only be provided within the below time frame:
* from Fakarava airport to Raimiti : from 09.00am to 05.00pm
* from Raimiti to Fakarava airport : from 07.00am to 03.00pm
- Infants under 3 years are not allowed at Raimiti
Transfers (from Airport to Pension Raimiti) are organized only once a day based on Air Tahiti Papeete-Fakarava flight, except on Saturday when the Arrival Transfer is scheduled according to Rangiroa-Fakarava flight.
Clients arriving by any other flight will need to wait for their Transfer to Pension Raimiti.
While waiting for their Transfer to Pension Raimiti, they will be transferred to Pension Relais Marama located close to the airport, (with complimentary drink and free access to bicycles).
Transfers (from Pension Raimiti to Airport) are organized only once a day based on Air Tahiti Fakarava-Papeete flight.
One free daily excursion is included during the stay of the clients. The selected excursions are at the discretion of the pension.
No electricity in the bungalows. Oil lamps provided.
